Regulatory release

 

In accordance with the relevant transparency legislation (Law of 2 May 2007 and Royal Decree of 14 February 2008), the Kinepolis Group NV states that it has received a notification from Quaeroq cvba on the 12 th of November 2008.

 

The notification states that on 1 September Quaeroq cvba held a 3.03% interest in Kinepolis Group (210,000 voting rights).

 

The company Brufin nv, which controls Quaeroq cvba, has got several private individual shareholders. No one individually disposes of a controlling majority.

 

The notification in question was published on the website of the Kinepolis Group under Corporate Governance / Transparency and other notices".
